New Delhi, November 7
California Public University has conferred an honorary doctorate on Sh. Gian Chand Gupta, Speaker of the Haryana Legislative Assembly. During the ceremony organized by Rainbow Charities Universal Trust in New Delhi late on Sunday evening, Dr. Sham Lal Anand, Chairman of the Trust and other officials conferred this title on him.
Dr. Sham Lal Anand informed that Sh. Gian Chand Gupta has made significant contribution in the field of social service along with politics. In view of his contribution, the world’s prestigious California Public University has awarded upon him the honorary doctorate in business administration. The university accepted his expertise in social work administration.
